Will my account auto-renew?

Your membership is good for one year and it will automatically renew a year from today. Unfortunately the software that runs our memberships doesn't allow to send out a reminder email about this. It's very frustrating for us and for those who only want the membership for one year. So that said, please set a reminder to cancel your membership if you would not like to be charged again. Of course we hope you'll stay! We're always creating new content and adding more resources to the site to make your membership even more valuable than the day you purchased it :)

I subscribed, but now how do I download stuff?

  1. First, make sure you have activated your account. You should have received an email asking you to confirm your account and choose a password.
    If you did not get this email, first check your spam folder. It's also possible you already have an account from a previous purchase. Try to login using that one.
  2. Once you have logged in, navigate to any product page that you want to download. Under the "add to cart" button will be a "download" button.

I'm logged in but the "download" button is still a "login" button.

You probably have purchased something from us in the past and used a different email when you signed up for a member subscription. Either change your email to match on your member profile, or contact us and we'll change it for you.

What's up with Dropbox? I don't use Dropbox?

Dropbox is awesome. If you don't use it, you should :)

Just kidding. We use Dropbox to host all of our download files. It's super fast and convenient. You do not need a Dropbox account to get your files. Look in the upper right corner of the Dropbox screen and you'll see a download button. If you don't want to sync files to your Dropbox you can use this button to download them directly to your computer.

How do I update payment info for my membership?

Make sure you are logged into your account. When you are logged in, the "login" button/link becomes an "account" button/link. Click the the account link. Choose "manage memberships." Choose the "update Stripe" link. We know that is weird language but the software we use to run our memberships doesn't let us change it currently.

How do I cancel my membership?
